- Check your individual files (the clear plastic file box under the "Appeal to Heaven" flag.) You should find your returned Map Quiz #1-10 and F/I War questions.
- Map Quizzes...make sure you write your answers clearly and legibly! When you blend printing and cursive, make sure you complete your letters... "e" and "o" & "a" and "u" can get muddled. Don't lose points in translation.
- We have a Map Quiz on Friday over #11-20 on the States List
- We have a Test over "From Colonies to Revolution" (Unit #1) on Friday as well...
- S/B two items on your desk...1) hand out on "virtual representation"...read it now. 2) one of five different articles that have been disseminated...your job is to have this article read for Tuesday...we will be working with them during the first half of class tomorrow.
- Today we will be looking at the timeline of events in the Colonies (primarily Boston) which led to the firing of the first shots of the war!
“Before the rise of the printing press in the sixteenth century, stories were passed down orally. The older people in a community shared the important stories of their history…all principles and values of life woven within these gripping narratives. They shared these stories with each other, and with the next generation. It was a part of their culture…their lives.” - Randy Frazee (The Story) ... How well do you know our story?
